Great colour combo

Postby sundog on Mon Mar 26, 2012 3:42 am

I came across this beautiful 1300S on the weekend, and thought it was one of the nicest examples of this bike i have seen.
He had custom painted it metallic burgundy, lightly flaked... similar to the VFR1200 colour. And had extensive carbon fibre highlights. He'd clearly put a lot of money into it, and it showed.

I can't answer that... it was just a bike a saw at the harbour.
I think there are several brands of wavy discs for k1300s.

Just for curiosity I made a search, is difficult and no first brands (only Brembo, but no like this), too much chinese disks and enduro oriented.

I think is logical, the braking conditions changes compared from OEM , it has less braking surface then has different braking conditions. Probably is my apreciation, but I see the disk with dark brown color, overheated.

Needless to say I don't like it as brakes, but are really cool!...
