Easy fix for safer parking

Postby Daxt3r on Fri Jun 22, 2012 6:36 am

Ok, so I came up with an very easy sollution if you(as I), don't feel comfortable with parking your bike on a little uneven terrain.
The sidestand support costed around 2 1/2$, so it's a trivial expense.
The pocket was lying around the house somewhere so we'll call it free.
The fabric is kind of the one used in CD bags, just snip a little in the corner for water drainage.
Simply used a bit of velcro that was tied together to glue it on the inside of the left-hand fairing.

I'm having trouble watching pictures on this site(I can't see the ones I just uploaded)
I changed some advertisement settings online, but have changed them back. Tried Firefox(I'm using chrome), but I get the same issues.
Does not help to click them into a new tab either.
Any ideas??

Hi Dexter :)

I'm having trouble watching pictures on this site(I can't see the ones I just uploaded)

Delay is not due the forum, is the portimage site,

You can upload pics easily using "upload attachment" when you write or reply a post.

Better if you compress the pic (i.e. 640*480) before upload it,
