K1300R LED's for the K1300S

Does anybody know if the rear LED blinkers(OEM)from the K1300R will fit the K1300S?
They both have the same licence plate setup right? If so, why would they only be on the K1300R extras list..

Long story short, I used the K13R FRONT indicators on the back of my K13S. Easy install, room for the panniers too.
