booster plug v PC3

Heool, i have changed my k1200s (2008) for a k1200gt (2008), due to the low speed jerky feel on the k1200s i fitted a power commander which proved to be an expensive option once purchased, fitted and tuning (700), but i have read about these booster plugs which will cost a fraction of the price. i have noticed that the k1200gt also has this low speed jerky performance which feel horrible when riding at low speed combined with the increased weight of the bike. can anyone let me know if these booster plugs work and will it decrease the low speed jerky feel, not too fussed about increasing actual bhp does looking at a cheaper option to the power commander. love the k1200gt i do a ,ot of tours and the k1200s was a fantastic bike but really looking forward to more comfort on the gt.

Yes it works. If your bike is stock, it works pretty darn good. If not stock, it will be trial and error.

Hello, yes bike is standard but do have a leo vince end can which sounds great. my issue is i have changed to the GT from the k1200s which was seriously powerful due to the mods i did, so looking to increase the GT power as well but not at the same expense as the K1200S, hence the booster plug as apposed to the PC3. I now have the booster plug (£97) and booked in the bike shop who prep bikes for track days etc. would a k&n filter also help with improving power and are there any other mods i should consider?
