It's taken single shot lasting 30 second, so i changed place and tried to be still. Quite schizo picture as i am.

Hi GeeBee I used a Canon 1D MkIII with a 17-40 L lens
30 second exposure at f18 and ISO200

I usually shoot Basketball indoors so I was well pleased with this shot.
(When downloaded with photobucket the right hand end of the bridge was cropped off, only happens with this site??

Shiva, you are correct, I had to adjust the zoom level on the laptop and there we go.
